Hands-on training for hands on people! Roll up your sleeves and get ready to dive in! In our sessions, you’ll be hands-on from the get-go. Within the first 30 minutes, you’ll be actively working in the software and connecting inputs and outputs to the PLC. This isn’t a passive learning experience; it’s a dynamic, immersive week of practical learning.

Our instructors skip the power points and seldom use notes, opting instead for a 100% hands-on approach. We use screen sharing technology, with participants taking the wheel to drive the class forward. Questions are encouraged, and we all learn collaboratively by working together to solve challenging problems.  Each lesson is immediately put to the test through hands-on exercises, reinforcing learning through practice. Mistakes are expected and seen as opportunities for growth. Our curriculum is designed to challenge even experienced technicians, providing a safe environment to learn without the risks of real-world production floors.

Classes start from the basics and cover extensive material during our 40 hours together. With the complexity of the machines and their applications, there’s always more to explore and learn.

We offer classes at our Boone, NC location, and can also arrange on-site training for groups of at least 6 technicians. Class sizes are limited to maintain focus and intensity throughout the week.”
